It prevents business opportunities from slipping through our fingers.”

Smart IT delivered a system to meet these requirements and to help develop new business workflow processes which ensure telesales agents have an accurate pipeline and a fixed number of quality leads and call backs. In short, the new system makes life much easier for the agents to concentrate on talking to customers about what the company can do for them.

The Smart system has been equipped with multi company capabilities which will allow for the alteration of workflow procedures and the introduction of new screens and buttons depending on the business unit concerned.
