Resource Based IT Support
With a resource based IT support contract you commit to a number of days per month / per quarter at an agreed daily rate. The days do not expire and additional days can be purchased at the same rate should you use more than the committed number.
The contract is set up to provide an agreed guaranteed service level. For example, four hours on site for server failure and next day for PC problems. You can add Managed IT Services (MITS) services as part of a resource based contract. The aim of a resource based IT support contract is to be flexible and tailored to your requirements.
Remote Support Contract
This service is built around our cutting edge remote management and monitoring solution Managed IT Services (MITS) and provides proactive IT support to ensure that your mission critical computer network functions correctly at all times. Included within the service are:
- Integrated helpdesk ticketing solution.
- Full remote management of all servers/workstations on the network.
- Constant monitoring and reporting on network health.
- Patch and update management including anti virus
- Backup management.
- Unlimited telephone support.
- Unlimited Remote Support.
- Software and hardware auditing across your network.
As well as remote monitoring and IT support the service guarantees on-site IT support where appropriate within a pre-determined timescale at a discounted support contract rate.
The annual cost for this service is £1,000 for server, firewall and backup system covering up to three servers. Desktops are £90 each, therefore in a case of 25 PCs the annual charge would be £3,250 excl VAT. For more details, you may be interested in reading our IT support costs webpage. |
