Terms and Conditions

Free support for one single IT incident:

  • Limited to business users only (new to Smart IT).
  • One incident per company.
  • Includes remote (i.e. telephone, email, remote connection etc) IT support only and is limited up to a maximum of 2 hours.
  • Where an incident cannot be rectified within the 2 hour time period a quotation shall be provided for additional hours.
  • Where an incident cannot be rectified remotely and requires an onsite visit a full quotation shall be provided.
  • Any additional time or onsite visits require payment by debit or credit card in line with the quotation provided prior to commencement of any work.
