Introduction

Smart IT has over 8 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization.

We are capable of customizing the entire Microsoft CRM system. Smart IT has a large base of Microsoft CRM clients with which they have done much customisation including; adding new entities, JavaScript form customization, work flow customization and optimization, sales order customization and finally Microsoft Dynamics CRM report customization.

Smart IT are currently capable of customizing Microsoft CRM 3.0, Microsoft CRM 4.0 and Microsoft CRM 2011.

Smart IT have in the past customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems for companies such as the England branch of ING during their Microsoft CRM deployment.

One of the more creative Microsoft CRM Customizations that the company has done was a lead rotation customization, as part of the integration to a website customer enquiry form Smart IT needed to ensure every new lead generated from the form got assigned to a different sales person, this would ensure that our clients sales staff got all got a fair share of the web generated sales. We also generated an admin form to configure the system including adding/removing sales people and the customization necessary to make this happen.

CRM Workflow Customization

Smart IT has created a large volume of workflow plugin units for Microsoft CRM 4.0 and Microsoft CRM 3.0 using .Net 1.1 and .Net 2.0, these plugins have allowed features such as customer timed feedback depending on the closure of sale/who sold it/where it was sold and various selected fields within the Order. Smart IT has also built email generation from random sales people, and CRM Workflow links to 3rd party applications.

Microsoft CRM Reports

SQL Reporting services is one of Smart IT's Core fields, this means that we excel at creating bespoke Microsoft CRM SQL reports. We are capable of creating anything from simple flat reports up to more complicated expandable drill down reports and creating internal report links to other reports. (e.g. viewing a list of all quotes for all accounts, clicking on the account to view quotes by that account and finally clicking on a quote to expand out the items on the quote.
